This page explains how Vavio plans, included usage, extra usage, caps, trials, and billing work — in plain language. For the full agreement, see our Terms of Service.
Plans and included usage
Each paid plan includes a monthly amount of AI usage, measured at the live Model Rates. Growth includes four times Starter’s amount and Pro ten times. Included usage refreshes monthly on every paid plan, including annual plans, and does not carry over. When it is used up your employees pause before their next job until you add extra usage, move up a plan, or the month resets; a job already running always finishes. We never reduce a plan’s included usage inside a period, and we give at least 30 days’ notice of a material reduction for a future period. Extra usage is bought separately, in dollars, spent at the same published rates after your included usage, and never charged automatically without your opt-in.
The free trial includes a capped amount of AI usage for the whole trial, enough to train your first employee and watch it do real work.
Usage measurement
AI usage is measured at the live Vavio usage rates for the model or setting in effect when the usage happens. Our Model Rates page is the live source for those rates. Auto is the recommended value setting; stronger named models do more per turn and use your included usage faster.
Extra usage
Add extra usage when you choose. It’s spent at the same published rates after your included usage, and what’s left carries over. Minimum $5, up to $500 at a time and $2,000 a month. We may set payment-method requirements and refund rules, subject to applicable law.
Caps and admin controls
We may provide account caps, usage limits, or alerts. A cap can pause or refuse new AI usage until the month resets, you move up a plan, or you add extra usage — so a workspace is never carried past the limit it set.
Trials and beta features
Trials, beta features, and promotional offers may have lower limits, shorter expiry, model restrictions, or no path to buy extra usage. We will tell you the limits that apply when you start.
Changes
We may change included usage, model rates, available models, limits, and extra-usage rules going forward by updating the relevant live page. We never reduce a plan’s included usage inside a billing period, and we give at least 30 days’ notice of a material reduction for a future period. For a recurring subscription price increase, we give reasonable advance notice before your next renewal and a cancellation path before the new price applies. Usage you have already run is counted at the rate and rules in effect when it happened — never recalculated later.
No paid overages without opt-in
We will not start paid overages, auto-recharge, or separate usage-based billing without your clear opt-in. When your included usage runs out, your employees pause before their next job until you add extra usage, move up a plan, or — on a paid plan — the month resets. A free trial’s included usage covers the whole trial rather than renewing. You are never charged extra by surprise.
Taxes, payment, and refunds
Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes. A failed payment can pause access. Refunds are governed by the Terms of Service, your checkout or order terms, and applicable law.
