This page explains how Vavio plans, AI usage allowances, top-ups, credits, caps, trials, and billing work — in plain language. For the full agreement, see our Terms of Service.
Plans and included usage
Each plan includes access to the platform plus a monthly AI usage allowance at Vavio usage rates. The allowance refreshes at the start of each billing period and does not roll over unless we say so.
- Trial — up to $1 of AI usage for a real two-week test.
- Starter — $12 of AI usage per period.
- Growth — $35 of AI usage per period.
- Pro — $80 of AI usage per period.
- Enterprise — a custom plan, from $200 of AI usage per period.
Usage measurement
AI usage is measured at the live Vavio usage rates for the model or setting in effect when the usage happens. Our Model Rates page is the live source for those rates. Auto is the recommended value setting; stronger named models do more per turn and use your allowance faster.
Top-ups and credits
Top-ups add more AI usage for the current billing period, or as stated at purchase. We may set minimums, maximums, caps, expiry, payment-method requirements, and refund rules, subject to applicable law.
Caps and admin controls
We may provide account caps, usage limits, or alerts. A cap can pause or refuse new AI usage until the account resets, upgrades, or adds usage — so a workspace is never carried past the limit it set.
Trials and beta features
Trials, beta features, and promotional credits may have lower limits, shorter expiry, model restrictions, or no top-up path. We will tell you the limits that apply when you start.
Changes
We may change usage allowances, model rates, available models, limits, and top-up rules going forward by updating the relevant live page. For a recurring subscription price increase, we give reasonable advance notice before your next renewal and a cancellation path before the new price applies. Usage you have already run is counted at the rate and rules in effect when it happened — never recalculated later.
No paid overages without opt-in
We will not start paid overages, auto-recharge, or separate usage-based billing without your clear opt-in. If your allowance runs out, your AI usage pauses until the next period, an upgrade, or a top-up — you are never charged extra by surprise.
Taxes, payment, and refunds
Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes. A failed payment can pause access. Refunds are governed by the Terms of Service, your checkout or order terms, and applicable law.
