How included usage works
- What is included usage?
- Each paid plan includes a monthly amount of AI work. Everything your employees do — a reply, a Trigger, a coaching turn — uses a little of it. It refreshes each month and does not carry over. Growth includes four times Starter’s amount; Pro ten times.
- How much is that?
- On Auto, a customer reply, a quote or an email drafted from your records uses a little; a job that reaches into your tools or your history about twice that; a long coaching session about as much as fifteen replies. A month of Starter covers a handful of replies and quotes a working day plus a weekly coaching session; Growth, a steady stream of enquiries; Pro, enquiries all day, every day. Stronger Named models do more per turn and use included usage faster — the exact rates are on Model Rates.
- Auto and Named models?
- Your employees run on Auto, which is included. If you ever pick a specific model by name instead, it uses your included usage at that model’s own published rate — one bill, always, never a second one.
- What happens at 100%?
- We warn you at 80%. At 100% your employees pause before their next job — never in the middle of one — and you are told once, with the reset date. A job that could not start waits in Review for you. Add extra usage or move up a plan to resume now, or wait for the reset.
- Extra usage?
- Buy it when you choose, spend it at the same published rates after your included usage, and keep what is left. Nothing is charged automatically unless you turn that on.
- Annual plans?
- Two months free; included usage still refreshes monthly.
- Files, voice notes and storage
- 10 MB per file on every paid plan; voice notes up to 2 minutes, or 5 minutes on Pro; attachment storage 2 GB on Starter, 10 GB on Growth, 50 GB on Pro. Video is not supported yet.
- Enterprise
- Pooled usage across workspaces, invoicing, security and governance, administration, a named support path — contact us.
- The free trial
- 14 days, no card, one employee, enough included usage to train it and watch it do real work. It never turns into a paid plan on its own.
